Billy's is on the south side of TX71, on the service road just west of the Colorado River.
The building may not be impressive, but the BBQ is some of the best in the state.

The interior.

Going west, cross the river, take the first offramp (Childers St & Hasler Blvd). Then make a U-turn under the first underpass, heading back east. It is maybe a quarter mile on the right.

Coming east from Austin, take the Hasler Blvd & Childers St offramp. On the service road, it may be a mile or so further on.
