When the bank was chartered in 1889, W. C. Pierce was President and he continued
in that capacity until his death in 1915.

J. P. Alford was the first Cashier, but he died in 1897 and apparently never signed a note.

W. L. Martin is the Cashier of record.

Pierce & Martin signed the 1882 and the 1902 notes.

When W. C. Pierce died in 1915, W. L. Martin became President,

He signed the last of the

1902 notes,

but he did not survive to sign the 1929 series notes.

W. C. Pierce, Jr.,

who had served W. L. Martin as Cashier, became President and signed the

1929 notes.
