Jacob Embry

Moved from Wharton to Houston by 1911,
and was there a decade later for the 1920 census,

Embry was still in Houston in 1929, but moved to Dallas the next year.
He had held positions as

Vice President Western Land Construction
President of The First National Bank of Lovelady
Bank Examiner.

He seems never to have moved off Fannin:

1402 Fannin - now a vacant lot used for commercial parking.
2106 Fannin - now the Greyhound Bus terminal.
2116 Fannin - now the Greyhound Bus terminal.

Back.
