Upon its dissolution in February, 1915, The City National Bank of Corsicana was absorbed into The Corsicana National Bank which in turn closed in 1931. The Corsicana National Bank was then absorbed into the First National Bank of Corsicana. The Corsicana National Bank printed Brown Backs, 1902 Red Seals, 1902 Date Backs and Plain Backs, and Type 1 only of 1929 $10's & $20's. Upon its dissolution, The City National Bank of Corsicana appears to have been absorbed into The Corsicana National Bank (#3645). and then when that bank closed in 1931, The Corsicana National Bank was in turn absorbed by the First National Bank of Corsicana.
