Least Flycatcher

Empidonax minimus

John Tveten says of the flycatchers, "The tiny Empidonax flycatchers are extremely difficult to identify. All are drab olive-gray birds with prominent wing-bars and light eye-rings."

Given the published images, this is probably a Least Flycatcher. The size, short bill & complete eyering point to a Least Flycatcher.
