Alder Flycatcher

Empidonax almorum

This bird has a more distinct eye ring. Its bill seems to be darker. Its tail seems slightly more notched.
The Field Guide to the Birds of North America (p. 330) says the Alder Flycatcher is "Very similar to Willow, but bill slightly shorter, eye ring usually more prominent ..." so I have called this one an Alder Flycatcher.
