Sesame Vegetables

 

Ingredients:

1 Cup English cucumber, halved lengthwise & diagonally sliced.
1 Cup sliced radishes, halved.
1 Tbsp rice vinegar.
1 Tbsp dark sesame oil.
1 Tbsp soy sauce.


Directions:

Combine vinegar, sesame oil & soy sauce in a medium bowl.

Add cucumber & radishes.

Sprinkle with cilantro and salt.

Toss gently to coat.

Yield: At least 2 servings.
