The configurations of the sidewalks, the two steps descending, and the sloping down and away on the left are too close a match not to be the same location. The fire plug has been moved.

It seems the original Citizens National Bank was built here and then rebuilt before moving across the street to 201 W. Main St. The present occupant of the more recent structure on the left is an Allstate Insurance Agency, and the building is much too fancy to have been constructed for that purpose.
