The First National Bank of Henderson                                 March 27, 1902
The First National Bank of Timpson                                     March 27, 1902
The First National Bank of Carthage                                     April 8, 1902

The Henderson bank was given charter number 6176. The Timpson bank received number 6177.

This notice lists the organizers, not specifically the officers, although there is overlap.
