Robert Edward Trabue
(December 19, 1865 - May 8, 1950)
Trabue's career follows a strange
trajectory
Trabue was born in Carthage, and
in 1900,
he is a lumber dealer there.
In 1910, he is President of The
Merchants and Farmers National Bank.
But 20 years later, he is widowed
and living alone in Dallas in a house he rents for $50/mo
and
he is a druggist.
R. E. Trabue's wife was Ora Pollard Trabue, and her brother,
C. H. Pollard
had been Cashier who signed the one extant Red Seal note from
this bank.
